About Me

If you have found yourself here, chances are you are carrying something heavy — a story shaped by pain, loss, anxiety, or past trauma. Maybe you have tried to push through on your own but are starting to realize you don’t know how. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to walk this path alone. You may be scarred by things that happened to you, but it does not have to define you.

I specialize in working with individuals who have endured trauma, whether it is from childhood abuse or neglect, intimate partner violence, religious trauma, or other challenging experiences. I specialize in trauma recovery, EMDR, and attachment-focused therapy. My treatment approach is compassionate, grounded, and tailored to your unique story and needs. Whether you are facing the aftermath of childhood wounds, difficult relationships, or feeling stuck in old patterns, we will work together to heal from the past and untangle what has been holding you back — and move toward joy and freedom.
