About Me
Hi there, I'm Caity! I'm so glad that you've decided to reach out for support. It takes great strength to take the first step towards making a change, and you should be proud of yourself for recognizing your needs and prioritizing yourself. I have always been passionate about working with women and believe that women face unique challenges with trying to juggle so many different roles in their lives. Through my personal life and clinical experiences, I have seen the importance of connection and support in order to navigate difficult situations that life brings. My counseling style is warm and compassion-focused, while also using a variety of evidence-based techniques to help you gain practical skills that you can use in your everyday life. I work from a humanistic approach and strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment that allows for us to face challenges head on. I specialize in working with women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, codependency, trauma and issues functioning in the family and/or community systems. I am looking forward to meeting you and supporting you through this journey!
