About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Idaho and a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) in the state of Utah with 15 years of experience. My specialties include the treatment of complex trauma, eating disorders, and women's issues. I believe in recovery, hope, and growth for every individual. Central to my clinical approach is cultivating a therapeutic relationship that fosters healing. I deeply value the privilege of supporting clients as they navigate emotional terrain that may feel unfamiliar or challenging. In my practice, I employ a trauma-informed lens and integrate modalities such as EMDR, attachment theory, parts work, somatic processing and emotional regulation techniques. I am particularly passionate about the transformative potential of EMDR therapy, which I believe offers hope for issues ranging from depression and anxiety to self-esteem, grief, and addiction.
