About Me

Going to therapy takes courage. I provide a warm, compassionate space, grounded in unconditional positive regard, in order to go deeper in exploring how past experiences may be impacting your sense of self. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and you already have the means within yourself to heal. Therapy can help you access that inner strength and wisdom. I work with individual adults of all ages and couples. Clients who tend to benefit most from our work together are often highly sensitive, high achieving, or perfectionistic. You may be struggling with relationships, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. Whether you’re brand new to therapy or not, you are welcome here. Being able to do this work gives me a deep sense of purpose and joy. I see therapy as one piece of the puzzle in achieving inner peace. For me, the things that ground and sustain me are nature, community, laughter, and movement. I am grateful to live in Steamboat Springs where I can connect with nature, peace, and harmony - all values which I bring into work with my clients.
