About Me

I'm a Certified EMDR Therapist and an EMDRIA-approved consultant in Training (CIT). I'm passionate about supporting clinicians and clients on their healing journeys. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, integrating somatic work, Polyvagal Theory, and nervous system regulation tools to foster safety and transformation. As a CIT, I offer collaborative, attuned consultation to therapists pursuing EMDR certification, with a focus on client-centered, ethically grounded care. I specialize in working with survivors of narcissistic abuse, complex PTSD, and developmental trauma, and I am committed to supporting others in navigating these areas with compassion and clinical integrity. In addition to my clinical work, I develop trauma-informed workshops and resources designed to offer practical, embodied support to both clients and practitioners. My work is guided by the belief that healing is most powerful when it includes connection, creativity, and co-regulation.

Education & Experience

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with years of experience working with complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders. I am EMDR Certified and currently an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant in Training, providing consultation for therapists working toward certification. I am a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), a HeartMath Trauma-Sensitive Practitioner, and a Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) Certified Practitioner. These specialties allow me to integrate somatic and nervous system-based approaches into both individual therapy and group work, supporting regulation and emotional safety as a foundation for deeper trauma processing. My education and ongoing training include advanced study in structural dissociation, parts work, and polyvagal-informed care. I strive to bring both precision and compassion into every session and consultation, aiming to make healing sustainable, embodied, and relationally rooted.
