About Me
Born and Raised in Chicago, I moved to CO about 5 years ago. I started my career in teaching high school art and went back to school to receive my Masters in Counseling: Art therapy. Ive been in the mental health field for 13 years. I love to do my own art, hike with family, and enjoy yoga.
Education & Experience
I have a bachelors in art education and a masters in counseling : art therapy. I have extensive experience in with adults and teens struggling with anxiety depression, OCD, and PTSD. I have worked inpatient as well as private practice. MY focus is trauma work for CPTSD and Dissociative Disorders using EMDR and the progressive approach with parts work, art therapy and Reiki.
