About Me

If you woke up tomorrow and your life was exactly how you wanted it to be, what would be different? Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck and weighed down by the past, and you want to be unburdened and able to move forward with your life. Perhaps you want to manage stress better, improve your relationships, or feel less depressed and worried. You may want support around uncertainty, grief, isolation, and fear related to the pandemic, racism, politics, or other societal issues. Whatever you desire, seeking help is a courageous next step toward making positive changes, achieving your goals, and improving your health and wellbeing. I specialize in helping clients heal from traumatic experiences using EMDR and other interventions to reduce the impact of past trauma on life now. My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and individualized. With compassion and authenticity, I help clients cope more effectively, better understand themselves and others, and put the past in the past. If you think we might be a good fit, reach out to me to set up a free 20 minute phone consultation. Please note that due to the pandemic, all therapy appointments are conducted online using a secure video telehealth platform.
