I am a bilingual psychotherapist (hola), LCSW 75176 who specializes in Adult Interpersonal Attachment Traumas and CPTS Dynamics. My clinical approach integrates collective liberation frameworks, Buddhist psychology, internal analysis, trauma-informed and intersectional models. My intention is to offer specialized comprehensive information through consultation in a person-centered digestible approach. In my Intentional Therapy offerings, I hope to offer a paced self-exploration where people can have clarity of their personal and collective strengths and agency.

I am a participating member of a local BIPOC Consultants Group and will be starting in 2026 a Collective Mothering Group space for mothers in the community.
