About Me

I provide concierge mental health counseling and EMDR therapy to men in high visibility careers struggling with compulsive porn use, trauma, shame, imposter syndrome, or public fallout.

Men I work with are struggling to manage their use of porn, riddled with shame, feel out of control, and are unsure what to do or who to turn to. They commonly describe childhood as 'traumatic', feel like an imposter in their careers, and are terrified of their sexual concerns getting leaked and impacting their career.
Being in a high-visibility position turns up the pressure significantly when dealing with these concerns- whether it's a fear of being found out, or dealing with the true after math of public fallout.

This is where working together comes in; I help men move beyond shame, find a sense of control again, recover from trauma, embody their success, and find deeper connection in their intimate relationships.
