Caroline Michelle Hanlet, MS, LPC
About Me
Caroline is a compassionate and engaging therapist who strives to create a welcoming and supportive space for clients to explore their experiences and achieve personal growth. She believes that meaningful change comes through self-awareness and empowerment, and integrates evidence-based practices like DBT and EMDR to help clients uncover blocks and navigate challenges. Caroline has a background working with eating disorders and substance abuse populations in Chicago, where she utilized DBT and other evidence-based approaches. She enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds and all levels of experience in therapy. Her work focuses on helping clients develop self-regulation skills, nurture healthy relationships, and increase effective coping strategies to reduce distress. Outside of work, Caroline loves connecting with nature through hiking, biking, and frisbee golf. She also enjoys spending time with animals, baking, traveling, and attending rock concerts with her husband. With curiosity, humor, and a gentle guiding presence, Caroline is here to walk alongside you on your personal journey.
