About Me
Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like it’s hard to slow down? Maybe difficult past experiences are still shaping how you move through the world, or you’ve noticed yourself stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful.
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity, care, and self-compassion. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, connected, and with the tools to move forward.
I support adults of all ages and identities, with a focus on women and young adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, grief, and trauma. Many of my clients identify as highly sensitive people or empaths, are helping professionals, and may struggle with cycles of people-pleasing, perfectionism, overfunctioning, and burnout.
Our work together will blend talk therapy with body-based (somatic) approaches, helping you better understand how your nervous system has adapted to protect you. From there, we gently begin to shift patterns that may be keeping you stuck, so you can move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and aligned.
Education & Experience
I received my MSW from the University of Michigan School of Social Work in 2018 and am currently licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of Michigan. I've completed EMDR Basic Training in Safety and Attachment Focused (S.A.F.E) EMDR through the Personal Transformation Institute (PTI), and am now pursuing EMDR Certification (estimated to be completed in 2026).
Outside of EMDR, I've also completed training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Levels 1 and 2) and integrate approaches from Parts Work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindful Self-Compassion into my work.
