About Me
As a Marriage and Family Therapist and U.S Military service member, I hold a deep passion for working with military and first responder populations. I specialize in working with families and couples utilizing evidence-based practices such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).
Education & Experience
I was trained in systems theory through Whitworth University's Marriage and Family Therapy Program. I have worked with children, families, and adolescents in the school setting since 2021. I currently own my private practice and serve first responder and military connected personnel in the evenings.
