About Me
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults of all ages. My work involves a collaborative, non-judgmental and caring approach to my clients where I strive to build a safe environment for individuals to express themselves freely. I tailor sessions to a client’s specific needs, such as anxiety, life stressors, depression, relationship challenges, adjustment, parenting, trauma, and other challenges in a view to gaining mental wellness.
Education & Experience
Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University after achieving a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Concentration in Counseling. I work with children (from 8 years), adolescents, young and older adults. I have experience working in a college counseling environment as well addiction treatment, and with teens and their families. I am currently working in a private practice serving teens and adults.
