About Me

I specialize in supporting women whose lives have been shaped by trauma, including perinatal trauma, pregnancy and infant loss, attachment wounds, and sexual assault. With advanced training in perinatal mental health and EMDR, I help women understand their emotional experiences, identify and work through blocking beliefs, and reconnect with a sense of internal safety and steadiness in seasons that feel overwhelming or disorienting.

My background in attachment work and my years supporting children and families deeply inform how I understand women’s stories, relationships, and resilience. I integrate EMDR with IFS, somatic awareness, and mindfulness-based approaches to create a grounded, relational space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal.
