Dr. Casey Judge, PhD
About Me
I am a licensed psychologist with over 15 years of experience, specializing in trauma treatment and PTSD.
High-functioning trauma can be easy to miss. Everything might look stable from the outside — career intact, responsibilities managed, life still moving forward. But underneath, there can be quiet anxiety, relationship strain, and a constant low-grade exhaustion from holding it all together.
I offer EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure, and CBCT for PTSD — including intensives for those who want focused, accelerated progress. My approach is calm, but direct. Evidence-based, but deeply relational.
Areas of focus: high-functioning trauma, couples affected by trauma, perinatal mental health, perimenopause, body image, and caretaker identity.
I am also a co-author of the Positive Body Image Workbook — a reflection of my commitment to accessible, evidence-based care.
