About Me
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UCCS in 2020. I am currently working as an outpatient therapist, helping clients work through a variety of emotions and experiences. I am also employed as a PRN therapist in a contract medical position at the Larimer County Jail, providing brief, solution-focused therapeutic interventions. My passion continues to be working with adolescents and young adults.

I completed my Bachelor's degree in 2013 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Family and Resource Management. After graduation, I served for 2 years in a developing country in East Africa and helped to launch the International School of Djibouti (ISD). I returned to the US and relocated to Colorado, where I have worked in numerous settings to provide a variety of mental health services. I completed my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UCCS in 2020. I completed EMDR basic training in December 2020 and have continued to pursue further training and consultation in EMDR as I have been actively seeking my EMDR Certification.
