About Me
I have been a therapist for over 30 years. I believe people have what they need to heal. A therapist helps a person tap into their own system to heal and develop new skills to manage life on life's terms. I work with people 18 and older and am comfortable with folks from all different walks of life, beliefs, and orientations. I specialize in and have post graduate training and expertise in working with multiple therapuetic modalities that include EMDR, DBT, and CBT as well a Person Centered, Rogerian, and Psychoeducational approaches. I have been taking a deep dive into Polyvagal Theory and interventions. I believe in always looking for better ways to engage and help my clients. I am also open to ideas and interventions that are outside of the box- as long as they are effective and non harming to my clients.

B.A. Psychology M.S. Counseling Psychology I have and continue to work with clients who have depression, mood disorders, anxiety, complex trauma, chronic severe mental illness, ADHD, addiction, work related issue, family related issues, and change of life issues.
