About Me

You may be carrying the effects of painful experiences from the past while trying to manage the demands of life today. Trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of yourself. You do not have to work these experiences alone. I specialize in EMDR, helping individuals process difficult experiences. I provide a supportive space where you can better understand what you are experiencing, develop healthier ways of coping, and begin working toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed care. I use EMDR, CBT, ACT, and TF-CBT to support clients in processing painful experiences, managing difficult emotions, and building healthier coping skills. Together, we'll create a personalized path forward that builds on your strengths and supports the goals that matter most to you.

Your past experiences may have affected you and have shaped you, but they do not have to define you. Healing is loosening the past's hold on your present, reconnecting with your sense of self-worth, and creating healthier patterns for your future. You deserve a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood as you become the person you want to be.
