EMDR Certified Therapist

About Me

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist in Clarksville, TN and I’ve been utilizing EMDR consistently in my practice for over nine years. I specialize in treating military personnel, combat veterans (of all eras), first responders, medical professionals, and their families who have been challenged by service-related and line-of-duty traumatic experiences. I also specialize in treating adults who were abused and neglected as children. I would describe myself as authentic, compassionate, curious, and passionate about ensuring clients receive the highest levels of quality care that I can provide. My therapeutic foundation comes from a holistic treatment approach that focuses on you as a whole person by taking into consideration the relationship between your physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. This also involves exploring different generational patterns that may be influencing your behaviors and interpersonal relationships. I believe building a strong therapeutic alliance made of trust, safety, unconditional support, collaboration and mutual respect will improve your chances of having a successful outcome in therapy.
