I am a certified Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) provider and Consultant in Training. This type of therapy helps the mind heal from psychological trauma. Additionally, I use various couples modalities to help couples navigate relationship struggles. Couples often come to me to improve their communication with their partner and address historical attachment and trauma triggers that may be showing up unexpectedly within their relationship. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are navigating challenges related to various mental health conditions, trauma, interpersonal and domestic violence (including sexual trauma), emotional abuse, burnout, chronic illness, infertility, pregnancy loss, postpartum, and life transitions.
