About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with over 11 years experience in counseling. I recently moved to Colorado but will remain licensed in Texas and will continue to work with Texas clients.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, respected, understood, and never judged. For counseling to be effective, it has to be with a counselor you feel you can trust with your story. My priority is providing a safe, judgement-free space for that process. For that reason, I offer free consultations to ensure you are comfortable moving forward. If I am not a fit, I will do all that I can to help connect you to a therapist who may be a better match.
