About Me

My practice is informed by over 30 years of experience in the human services field. My work is driven by my passion for helping people to discover their resilient self. As an EMDR therapist, it is humbling to observe the tremendous positive change in clients. To support EMDR therapy I integrate mindfulness practice, cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectic behaviour skills to elicit growth and positive change. Since 2013, I have provided psychotherapy to children, youth, and families from diverse backgrounds. I have extensive experience and training in working complex needs including complex trauma, PTSD, First Responders, sexual abuse, dissociative issues, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. I focus on providing clients with an emotionally safe space so they may feel comfortable working through challenging issues. It takes courage to attend therapy. I aim to help you achieve your personal therapeutic goals through a holistic strength-based approach.
