About Me
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in EMDR and IFS. I believe that to live your best life—and become the most authentic version of yourself—it is essential to work through past trauma.
Many people try to move around trauma, over it, or under it; however, in the long run, this often keeps them feeling stuck. I am here to help you walk through it, supporting you on your journey of healing and trauma resolution.
I specialize in working with women who have experienced trauma in childhood or adulthood, including physical, emotional, verbal, and sexual abuse. My goal is to help you understand the “why” behind what you feel and how your experiences have shaped your life and relationships.
At the core of my work is a commitment to helping you heal trauma—not just manage symptoms—so you can move forward with greater freedom, connection, and self-understanding. I also believe that one of the most meaningful goals a person can achieve is learning to love themselves just as they are.
Education & Experience
I have my bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Psychology and my master's degree from Indiana University in Mental Health Counseling. I have been a therapist for five years and have been utilizing EMDR therapy with the integration of IFS since 2023.
