Education & Experience

I graduated with a BFA in drama from New York University and then went on to teach drama and English at a Los Angeles public high school for nearly 20 years. I went back to school to get my master's degree in counseling from California State University, Northridge in 2018 and was licensed as a marriage and family therapist in August of 2023. I work in private practice, and I carry a small caseload at NOCD, an online Telehealth platform specializing in OCD treatment.
