Chase Harshbarger, MA, LPCC is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor licensed by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. He received his Master of Arts in in 2016 from Walsh University. Clinically, Chase has spent his professional career working in community mental health, addiction treatment, and private practice settings and has provided services to individuals, families, and adolescents. Chase specializes in PTSD, issues related to abuse and trauma, attachment issues, addiction treatment (chemical and behavioral), co-occurring disorders, law enforcement, first responders, LGBTQIA, and persons diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Chase is a Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant in Training through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). Additionally, Chase has extensive training in clinical hypnosis through the Institute of Trauma Informed Hypnotherapy, American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and the Wellness Institute. Chase enjoys incorporating EMDR, clinical hypnosis, CBT, and DBT skills to help clear embodied beliefs, improve thinking patterns, and assist clients with their getting in touch with their whole selves by honoring resiliency, increasing internal awareness, and releasing unprocessed memories and emotions.
