About Me
I am a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), EMDR Trained Therapist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) driven by a passion for helping individuals overcome adversity. I am pleased to offer therapy sessions to Pennsylvania residents (in person and online) and Delaware residents (online only). Person-centered therapy is the heart and soul of my work with clients. It is also the key to cultivating and nourishing strong therapeutic bonds. During sessions, I apply cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques to enhance relief, reframing, and hope. I also use Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—a form of psychotherapy that promotes profound healing—to enable clients to experience transformation while we tackle the most distressing parts of their past, present, and future. As your soon-to-be therapist, I am committed to crafting a nonjudgmental and restorative environment that will empower you to extract the maximum benefit from our sessions. Together, we will journey through rough terrain at your preferred pace and navigate unexpected detours. For anyone seeking empathy, understanding, and acceptance, I am here to support you.
Education & Experience
I earned my Master of Social Work from Temple University in 2020. Since then, I have dedicated myself to accompanying clients in their quests to recover from life’s plot twists and turbulence. My mission is to help clients untangle themselves from the complex webs of life that have spun around them, leaving them feeling helpless and stuck. I have a background in crisis counseling and case management, and I currently support individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, burnout, depression, life transition issues, and self-worth issues.
