About Me
Hello! My name is Chelsea and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona. I completed my Master’s in Social Work at Arizona State University in 2014. I worked as a mental health crisis responder after graduating from ASU. I have been working as a therapist with adults, teens, and children for the past three years. My area of focus is trauma and I am certified in EMDR. I am also trained in DBT which focuses on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I have worked with a wide range of individuals and I am passionate about helping people create a life worth living. My approach is focused in relationship building and trust because I recognize the value of connection in the healing journey. As a therapist, I welcome feedback from individuals and want to create a safe environment.
