About Me

Specializing in working with creative artist issues and recovery from trauma, all sessions are currently online. Currently offering two formats in private practice: 1) EMDR Intensives (a specific number of 1.5 to 2hr sessions), or 2) Adjunct EMDR Therapy (working in collaboration with your primary therapist to do focused work to shift unprocessed trauma, then referring you back to continue working with your regular therapist), I also offer both group and individual EMDR consultation to eligible therapists seeking EMDRIA Certification hours or looking to feel more confident using EMDR, especially with complex trauma.
