About Me

I help high achievers who are living with the effects of CPTSD, anxiety, people-pleasing, chronic stress, or chronic health conditions reconnect with themselves and create lives that feel safer, softer, and more sustainable.

A lot of the people I work with are the ones everyone else relies on. They’re thoughtful, capable, and used to pushing through, but underneath that competence is often a nervous system stuck in survival mode. They may struggle to slow down, set boundaries, ask for help, or feel truly at ease in their own bodies. Even rest can feel uncomfortable when your system has learned that your worth comes from holding everything together.

This work is deeply personal to me. I know what it’s like to become disconnected from yourself while trying to meet expectations, keep the peace, or stay strong for everyone else. I also know how exhausting it is to live in a constant state of overthinking, overfunctioning, or feeling like you always have to “earn” rest, care, or safety.
