About Me

In addition to traditional EMDR therapy, I offer extended EMDR intensives for clients who want concentrated time to work on specific memories, relationships, or patterns without having to stop after a traditional 50-minute session. Intensives may be especially useful when you want focused trauma work, have limited time for weekly therapy, or feel frustrated by repeatedly opening difficult material only to have the session end.

My approach is thoughtful, direct, highly individualized, and grounded in careful preparation. We do not simply revisit painful experiences. We identify what remains unresolved, build the resources you need to stay connected to the present, and use EMDR to help traumatic material become something you remember rather than something you continue to relive.

I work with adults from Arlington, Cambridge, Boston, and throughout Greater Boston. If you have done a great deal of thinking about your past but still do not feel free from it, EMDR may offer a different way forward.
