About Me
I help adults heal from trauma and life-changing events, including PTSD, sexual abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, and perinatal or postpartum concerns. I provide EMDR therapy and integrate CBT, DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, and self-compassion. I offer telehealth in English and Spanish for adults in Nevada, Arizona, Minnesota, and California.

Education & Experience
I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work and have over 10 years of clinical experience across inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient therapy, medical settings, and telehealth. My work has included supporting adults navigating trauma-related concerns such as PTSD, sexual abuse, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression. I bring a structured, compassionate, and collaborative approach, integrating EMDR with evidence-based therapy skills to support long-term healing.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with licenses in Nevada, Arizona, Minnesota, and California, and I provide telehealth therapy to adults in those states.
