Christina Orfanakos, MSW, RSW

About Me

Christina is passionate about her work with women and mothers feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, burnt out, or not enough. Her work is grounded in attachment theory with a strong appreciation for how early life experiences shape our identities, influence how we perceive ourselves, and affect our ability to navigate present-day challenges. The foundation of Christina’s practice is centred on connection. Christina creates a warm, compassionate space for her clients to share their stories and explore their feelings. She helps clients recognize their intrinsic strengths, feel through their feelings and understand behavioural patterns. She truly believes meaningful change can occur when clients feel heard, understood and supported.
