About Me
I have been working as a Marriage and Family Therapist in California since 2012, following a diverse professional background as a paralegal, mortgage bond underwriter, career counselor, and yoga teacher. I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional and certified in Pain Reprocessing Therapy. My primary therapeutic approaches include EMDR Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with integration of creativity, somatic awareness and personal strengths. I enjoy time spend with my family. photography, travel, reading, being in nature, yoga and dancing.
