About Me
The powerful alchemy of EMDR and Somatic Experiencing are the cornerstones of significant transformation. The treatments I use as a psychotherapist are the exact tools I used to bring healing to my own life. I tried many different forms of therapy but it wasn’t until I found and applied these cutting-edge, neuroscience tools that my world finally opened up in a healing, transformative way previously unimaginable to me. In my work, I see and recognize my client’s unconscious hopes, unmet needs, individual struggles and challenges. My clients deserve happiness and the capacity to live an expansive life with meaningful relationships, joy and laughter. This is our shared humanity.
Education & Experience
I provide support designed to fit your unique needs; no shaming, no judgment-just an honest stance of focused clarity. I interweave scientifically-based techniques alongside intersubjective psychotherapy, to consciously bring to attention the blind spots that trip you up on your path. I am a Certified EMDR therapist, an attachment based EMDR therapist, and a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.
