About Me

My creativity guides my individualized approach to therapy, blending talk and experiential methods depending on your unique needs.

I specialize in working with survivors of childhood and complex trauma (CPTSD), with a focus on the LGBTQIA+ community.

I strongly believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and the mind-body connection, working from a relational, somatic, and psychodynamic framework.

I am also deeply dedicated to my personal yoga practice and the spirituality behind it. As a childhood trauma survivor and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand the complexities of the healing process.
