About Me

Christine is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been practicing as a therapist for 20 years having graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology. She is a National Certified Counselor and a Certified EMDR Therapist and is a member of both the American Counseling Association and the EMDR International Association. Her clinical specialties include PTSD and complex trauma. She also enjoys working will military personnel and their families, helping clients establish healthy boundaries in relationships, assisting with relationship reconciliation, and improving how clients cope with challenging life transitions such as divorce and career changes. Christine has always been a learner, participating regularly in individual and group consultation and continually attending professional trainings.
