About Me
With a well-rounded background in the helping profession, I love supporting clients as they remove barriers and live their best lives. My experience pulls from over 13,000 hours as a therapist, 10 years as a non-profit founder, and work with several founders and executives as an executive coach. While specializing in trauma therapy for years, I've also developed proficiency in treating symptoms from anxiety, panic, sleep issues, depression, and adjustment issues. In addition, I have experience helping neurodivergent clients, particularly those learning how to live with ADHD and OCD. If you are struggling in any of these areas, I can help: Low energy and mood - Anxiety and panic attacks - Adjusting to new role in life - Relationship communication issues - Imposter syndrome in work or family - Insomnia, nightmares, or night sweats - Intrusive distressing memories of past traumas - Overcoming barriers in high-performance settings - Faith-based counseling and support for church leadership.
