About Me
I am Chris. Healing isn’t just about overcoming struggles—it’s about rediscovering your strength, reclaiming your story, and building a life you love. I am human. I have a family. I have traversed my own personal trials and tribulations and have learned that you do not need to go it alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania, I am honored to walk alongside you on this journey, offering compassionate guidance, evidence-based techniques, and unwavering support.
With a Master’s in Counseling and Clinical Health Psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a Bachelor’s in Clinical Counseling Psychology from DeSales University, I bring years of clinical expertise to my practice. I am clinically trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) through EMDRIA, trauma-certified, and specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and integrative approaches to mental health and personal growth.
But therapy with me isn’t just about textbook techniques—it’s about you. I take a personalized, human-centered approach, tailoring every session to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're battling anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or life transitions, I blend the most effective strategies to help you heal and thrive.
