Education & Experience

I have a bachelors in psychology from the University of Kentucky and then a Masters Degree in counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. I spent 16 years working for bluegrass.org which is the local community health center that covers 17 counties. There I worked in wrap around services providing counseling for severely emotionally disturbed children and their families. I also provided after hours crisis coverage. I have had a private practice for about 5 years where I have provided play therapy services to children and seen families and adults. My private practice has continued and I also work at Bluegrass Community Health Center providing counseling and behavioral health services at this FQHC (a primary care doctors office).
