Preferred Name: Cindy

About Me

I specialize in EMDR therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, OCD, ADHD, anger management and other mental health challenges. I explore deeply ingrained patterns that have not yet shifted through traditional talk therapy. My work focuses on identifying and reprocessing the root experiences that drive current symptoms. I take emotional safety seriously and provide a kind, structured, and collaborative space with a results-oriented approach.
