EMDR therapy has been transforming for myself as a clinician. This is a client centered healing medium from which clients find their inner wise resources to help them heal. From my experiences, I have become wiser in how to be the most helpful in that process and I continue to strive toward that goal.
Education & Experience
Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatric Nursing since 1984, in hospital and emergency mental health outpatient experience with many populations, currently in private practice specializing in trauma recovery for a person's past emotional experiences that have profoundly affected their current self esteem and sense of empowerment.
