About Me

My approach is relational and somatic. I utilize eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), attachment theory, emotionally focused therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapies to cultivate insight, build a deeper connection to yourself and others, and develop a stronger foundation to live a life you desire.

I specialize in working with trauma and relationship difficulties - this may be relational or childhood trauma, attachment injuries, trust violations and betrayals, communication, sexuality, intimacy, identity exploration, desire discrepancy, and emotional overwhelm.

In our sessions, I incorporate your lived experience and intersecting identities to understand the person you are. I practice from an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, sex-positive, kink-affirming, multicultural, and social justice lens. I work with individuals, relationships of all structures, folx living with HIV, and the 2SLGBTQIAAP+ community.
