About Me

Clarissa Fattore, MSc Psychologist & EMDR Therapist Clarissa Fattore is a trauma-informed psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (Counseling specialization) and a background in psychiatric rehabilitation. She completed EMDR training in Dubai and integrates EMDR therapy within a structured, compassionate, and developmentally sensitive framework. She works with children, adolescents, and adults facing trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relational challenges, and difficulties related to self-worth or identity. Clarissa’s therapeutic style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. She places strong emphasis on emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and building internal resources before trauma processing. Her work is informed by trauma research, attachment theory, and integrative approaches, supporting clients in moving from survival patterns toward greater resilience and self-understanding. She is particularly interested in how early relational experiences shape adult coping patterns and self-beliefs, and she uses EMDR to help clients reprocess painful memories and develop more adaptive core beliefs.
