About Me

About me: I love being a part of a person’s growth and building trust with my clients. I feel it is an honor to talk through people’s deepest insecurities and provide the reassurance and connection that moves healing forward. With so many things that can be damaging in today’s world, I love creating spaces that focus on experiencing and expressing inner truths. I believe that the mind and body wants to heal and that inner connection is possible. How my passion developed: I grew up in a family that has experienced a lot of intergenerational trauma and often moved from place to place. As a young adult I didn’t know how to make sense of the patterns that unfolded within my family and myself. Going through my own journey and asking questions allowed me to find answers and ultimately begin finding peace within myself. I live out this passion as a therapist with the clients I see from all walks of life. Every person’s experiences are different and I don’t expect that any of our experiences have been the same. I want people to know that you don’t have to go through healing or difficult experiences alone and it is ok to explore different parts of yourself without shame.
