About Me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the Berkeley/Albany Area where I am in independent practice. I offer weekly, long-term, depth therapy and EMDR therapy for adults. I also provide clinical consultation to licensed professionals and supervision to psychotherapy interns and associates. I work from a trauma-informed, psychodynamic, attachment and relational lens and hold strong importance around sociocultural issues. I work mainly with adults and couples who have experienced any of the following: anxiety, adult attachment issues, relationship issues/interpersonal effectiveness, identity work (cultural, social), adult children of immigrants, life transitions (new moms, career change, etc), ppl who work in tech, low-self esteem, adults who had narcissistic parents or partners, grief & loss, PTSD and complex trauma.
Education & Experience
I received my Masters in Social Work at New York University Silver School of Social Work. I also completed a two-year Postgraduate Training Program at The Psychotherapy Institute where I received training in psychodynamic and socio-culturally informed modalities for working with adults. I also completed the Supervision Studies Program at The Psychotherapy Institute. I also use aspects of IFS parts work in my practice.
