About Me

As a certified trauma therapist, my goal is to provide a safe, warm, and compassionate space for healing, recovery, and transformation. I understand how deeply trauma can affect your life, relationships, and sense of self, and I am here to be your co-pilot on your journey to wellness by guiding you through the process of reclaiming your strength. I endeavor to be a positive model and advocate who gains insights about unique life experiences, expresses unconditional acceptance, and supports you in actualizing your passion, potential, and purpose. Are you ready to live your best life? Through evidence-based approaches like EMDR, psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, we will work together to process past experiences, reduce emotional distress, hone coping skills, and help you rebuild a life of resilience, peace, and empowerment. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to face it alone. I understand how overwhelming and isolating trauma can feel. It can be difficult to make sense of your experiences, and even harder to reach out for support. My approach is rooted in empathy, patience, and the belief that with the right support, you can regain control of your life and find peace. I’m ready to walk this journey with you.
