About Me
My passion is to BE the person for others that I once needed when going through difficult times. I have tremendous compassion for those who suffer. I use a relational style of therapy to understand your issues from your perspective. I can provide guided trauma work (EMDR) and Tele-Mental Health services as appropriate. I believe that we are more alike than we are different -- especially in our emotional pain. My desire is to help my clients find meaning, discover answers as to why they are who they are today, decipher who they would like to be and align the future with their personal values.

Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling EMDR Basic Training through Trauma Recovery/HAP Specialize in Spiritual and Religious abuse, Cult Recovery, Sex Trafficking Recovery, Trauma, PTSD, Sex Trafficking Recovery and Domestic Violence.
