About Me
Therapy can be difficult and rewarding. Together we can help you reach your desired outcomes. I believe that we are the experts on our own lives. We know ourselves best. My job is to partner with you to help you work through the things that feel stuck or are holding you back. I work to help you move yourself forward and to find your inner strengths and passions. I work from a relational/attachment lens and I believe that our past experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world. I have extensive experience working with children, teens, parents, families, adults, couples, and the LGBTQ community. I adhere to the World Professional Association of Transgender Health (WPATH) standards. I love learning from my clients. They inspire me every day. I love people and I feel so honored to partner with them on their journey through life. I believe that struggles are natural. Sometimes we get stuck and need a little extra help. We all have an innate ability to move forward. I love being able to sit with you and help you move into that place where you want to be.
