About Me
I offer in-person trauma healing intensives and couples intensives on my 80 acre property in Southwest Virginia. Clients stay in a small private cottage on the property, surrounded by nature and with access to forest trails and paths along the river. These intensives help clients restore their experience of thriving, and uncover a deep internal sense of safety, love, belonging. and personal empowerment. Trauma, stuck or frozen in the nervous system, often distorts our feelings, reactions, and beliefs, impeding our ability to have the life we truly desire.
