About Me
Connection to yourself and others is vital to staying awake and alive. Therapy can help you see that pain can be used as an opportunity to heal and thrive. It's one way that you can work to gain insight, practice self-care and experience meaningful shifts. We can explore with compassion and curiosity and then put that awareness into practice. Together, we can work to organize the absurdity that is life sometimes. Active, intentional living offers a full life while you honor the past and stay in the present. Humor helps too! I treat trauma, mood disorders, stress, couples/family relationships, identity development and sexual concerns. Advanced training in Sex Therapy. EMDR Certified. Completed Levels 1, 2, and 3 of IFS Informed EMDR through Syzygy. I am trained (Level 3) in Gottman Method and have training in Emotionally Focused Couples therapy for relationship work.
